A last lungful on ‘Breathing Lights’

An all-day “Breathing Lights” finale and “policy summit” will take place Friday at Proctors, capping the temporary public art installation that filled hundreds of empty houses in Albany, Schenectady and Troy with pulsing LEDs. for two months late last year.

Included in the lineup is a panel conversation with mayors of the three participating cities; an “Afternoon of Art and Inspiration,” with performances, talks and “Breathing Lights” impact reports; and the premiere of the WHMT making-of documentary “Behind the Lights,” with a Q&A to follow. (The film will air WMHT at 10 p.m. Tuesday, April 17.)
